Palestine Speaker Series: Palestine and the Limits of the Law
Wadie Said is Professor of Law and Dean’s Faculty Fellow at the University of Colorado School of Law. Previously, he was the Miles and Ann Loadholt Professor of Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law, as well as an assistant federal public defender. A member of the American Law Institute, Professor Said teaches courses in Criminal Law and Procedure and Human Rights, and is the author of Crimes of Terror: The Legal and Political Implications of Federal Terrorism Prosecutions (Oxford University Press), as well as many other works dealing with the intersection of criminal law, international law, immigration law, and foreign policy.
